ticketFlow is an issue tracker for organizations that provide inhouse and onsite repairs; and the same time allows for sale of parts for customers to do their own repairs.

ticketFlow was developed for an organization that produces surveillance equipment that integrates advance hardware and sophisticated software. It was a way for their global customers to show what was wrong and for them to share possible solutions. If the solution did not work, a customer has the option to send the unit back for repairs or request an onsite repair or purchase the required part needed to fix the problem.

ticketFlow version two was release in 2024 with new features and updated process flows developed from years of experience dealing with customer support issues around the world. Currently it is in active development to convert it for commercialization.
